Caroline Ogier - Chief Executive Officer

Caroline has had a well established career in cardiac nursing and education. She is dedicated to helping individuals make small lifestyle changes that can significantly improve their health. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys cooking and have several dogs who keep her busy.

Deb Bray - Nurse

Deb has a extensive background in nursing and education. She particularly enjoys sharing her knowledge of how the human body works, to support lifestyle changes. When not at work, Deb can be found dancing, sewing or crafting.

Alison Cleveland – Nurse

Alison has joined us after working for many years as a Practice nurse, with wide ranging experience in different specialities.

After treating the long term effects of chronic conditions, she hopes to help and encourage clients to take active steps to improve their health.

Outside of work a keen environmentalist, wildlife gardener and cat lover.

Joelle Magee - Senior Administrator

Joelle has worked as an administrator for over 15 years in the finance sector and joined the team after looking for a more fulfilling career. Outside of work, Joelle enjoys spending time with her two little boys and has a passion for gardening, baking, art and jewellery making.

Lisa Moullin – Receptionist

Lisa has worked in client facing roles for over 30 years and brings a smile and professional atmosphere to our reception. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys cooking, walking, socialising with friends, and family time at home.
